Method of Application
- Surface Preparation: Ensure substrates are clean, dry, and free from oil, grease, or dust (acetone may be used for cleaning).
- Application: Apply uniform coat on both surfaces using spray gun (1.6–2.0 mm nozzle).
- Air Pressure: Maintain 3.5–5.0 kg/cm².
- Drying: Allow adhesive to dry for minimum 5 minutes.
- Bonding: Join surfaces with accurate alignment and press firmly.
- Handling Strength: Immediate handling possible after bonding.
- Full Cure: Achieves full bond strength in 24 hours.
