Application Method

Surface Preparation:

• Ensure surfaces are dry, clean, oil-free & grease-free
• Lightly roughen smooth surfaces
• Wood moisture content: Interior: 8–10%, Exterior: 10–14%
• Stir well before use

Adhesive Application – Laminate to Plywood / MDF:

• Apply adhesive on one surface
• Suitable for hot press, cold press & roller press
• Ensure uniform spreading & recommended pressure

For Wood to Wood Bonding:

• Single-sided glue application generally sufficient; double-sided recommended for hard/exotic timber
• Join before adhesive dries & keep under pressure for 24 hours
